Katy Harriz born in Caerphilly on 10th February 1997 is a Welsh female Tech House DJ. Once was international footballer.
Making a name for herself locally back at the age of 16, she has gone onto support the likes of internationally respected DJs Low Steppa, OC & Verde, Leftwing & Kody, Marco Loco, Tommy Vercetti, Seb Fontaine, Allister Whitehead, Welshy & Tobtok to name a few.
Self taught from the age of 14, initially not having a set genre but at the age of 18 she found her niche between house / tech but also with a 90s Ibiza vibe integrated into her sets.
Many promoters tip her by naming her as one of the most humble artists they have booked which will forever be an important trait for Harriz to carry alongside her hunger for success.
Part of the Escape Records DJ academy and co owner of Sakula House & Techno, Harriz is all about creating energy and hype and has been involved with many live streams since Covid. Playing on Fixate, Its Candy, Set For Love through LTBH and Siren says. As well as doing her own live stream raising over £250 for charity.
January 2021 – Katy took on another venture as a resident on digital exposure – Radio Cardiff. This proved a huge success and you can listen back to Katy’s shows on her soundcloud.
